At ESSĒN, we are committed to mindful consumption and want you to love your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery provided items are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original dust bags and shoe boxes, ensuring they are placed inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
